How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact us through our Contact Page with your order number and the details of your purchase.

We'll then provide you with the return instructions.

Please do not send your order back before contacting us, as we need to provide the correct return details and instructions for your order.

Return Condition

To help us process your return quickly, DRYPOD should be returned:

• Unused and in its original condition where possible
• In the original packaging
• With all included accessories and components
• Including the DRYPOD unit, remote control and drying cover

If you've opened or briefly used DRYPOD to decide whether it's right for you, please contact us first. We'll let you know what is required for your particular return.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the return, we refund the original payment method. Shipping on the original order is free; return postage may be deducted unless the item is faulty.
